    To create your patient portal account, please reference the patient email sent to you from Dr. Garofalo's office.  
  • Is the information I provide secure?
    The communications between you and Dr. Garofalo's office are transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection and are password protected. Your information is safe! 

  • Can I access the Patient Portal from my mobile device?
    Yes! You can sign in to the Patient Portal using your iPhone or Android device. 

  • What should I do if I need help?
